Meanwhile in Arizona a 13 year old genetic male attempting to prove HER feminine gender is shot in the head point blank by a 14 year old genetic male attempting to prove HIS masculine gender. Where's the humanity in all of this violence? Is our culture so perverted with a bi-polar gender system that a gender continuim between the poles of masculine and feminine cannot be recognized? Personally I'd rather see boys in high heels and dresses contesting in beauty pageants than boys wearing USA boxing approved safety gear fighting like stray dogs in a toughman contest. I fear that the present cultural paradigm in red state America would also want the feminine boys beauty pagents banned. John Wayne heroism still trumps that of Ru Paul. The truth remains that any person who has the courage to live authenticly is going to censored by this culture if they fail to conform to its rigid system of gender rules. Probably the best we can do at this stage of cultural evolution is to attempt some level of control over senseless death.
