It's a Republican district, the Democrat has raised no money and has done little/no campaigning, and -- according to your Web site -- doesn't even live in the district. He lists Russellville as his home address, which isn't in District 70. I was under the impression that there were no runoffs for state legislative races, only county and local ones.
