And that leads me to another observation regarding the ranking as 10th best for energy costs. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The Ledge (SB119, $162 million a year) and the Governor ($13.4 million reduction the first year) want to solve our economic problems by cutting taxes on corporate utility bills at the expense of general revenues for public education.
