They deserve just as much a chance at these funds as any student from a brick and mortar school. For example my daughters standardized test scores have increased each of the three years we have home schooled her since taking her out of our local school district. You cannot tell me that does not prove the quality of the education she receives here at home with her family using Arkansas Virtual Academy currently. She will be changing to A Beka Academy (Which is a accredited school.) in the fall due to aging out of the ARVA school system that stops at the 8th grade. The ARVA program has been a wonderful program and I suggest that it would be a great investment for the state to increase their capablities of accepting students up through the 12th grade.Melissa L.
