Ernie Passailaigue hired as lottery director

Proposed salary is $324K. Passailaigue did brief key legislators on some of the issues leading up to the implementation of the lottery legislation earlier this year, including business philosophy, startup resources, a business plan, website, advertising guidleines, retail advertising, industry resources, and contingency planning. Although this is the only person I've ever met with experience in a lottery, I was extremely impressed with his knowledge of the do's and don'ts of every single issue involved.
