The Grim
Built in 1925, the Grim Hotel is probably the centerpiece of a rejuvenated downtown Texarkana, but it's going to take some major work. Our new office is directly across State Line Avenue from it. Here are some pictures I took today.

yeah how did you get into the hotel?
My buddy Billy Harrell owns it and gave me a key.
is the hotel going to be restored
what it take to buy it.
are the planning to do any work

I want to go in there and look around Sooo bad! it would be Amaizing, who owns it? wonder if he'll give a tour if we pay him? it would be great to go and take pictures!
