Here's a video from yesterday's seminar on tranparency in government. The speaker in the video to the right is Kansas State Representative Kasha Kelley (R-Arkansas City). This program focused on providing taxpayers with a clear way to see where their taxes go by making that information available in easy-to-find places on the internet and at the Capitol.
