Public Breastfeeding bill passes

The Nursing in Public bill (HB2411) passed almost unanimously in the House today (they seriously need to reconsider this unfortunate acronym) -- it had one "present" vote. It is somewhat diluted in that the sponsor agreed to remove the civil recourse clause from the bill.
